AETNA pulled out of New York Presbyterian where my PCP is giving me one month's leeway. I was afraid I would be without the coverage I wanted. Mark had helped me in my original transition to Medicare in 5/2022 and he did just that this time!  He found the plan that would work best for me in a timely fashion. I am fully covered and have my hospitals and physicians covered.  Allstate ("you're in good hands") has nothing over Emerald when it comes to Medicare! The folks at Emerald Medicare are lifesavers!  Michael Civitano was especially helpful during this year's open enrollment period for a client of mine.  He truly went out of his way, dedicating whatever time needed to help her choose the best plan and to make sure all was set in-place, even checking-in up until she received her new ID cards!

I have different medical issues so I knew that I would need all the help I can get but didn’t know how to go about it. We got a postcard in the mail fora seminar at a library not to far from where we live and we went. I was impressed by what I heard. You don’t pay them the companies do and they are independent so they aren’t trying to hook you up with one insurance company they find what best suits you. I gave them all the information and they went to work to find what was best for me and Mark did an amazing job. This is my second year and we moved to South Carolina and they worked to find the best for me. I am doing better plans because they are always changing and I can tell you this is really a great company. Find out for yourself you will not be sorry. They are amazing at what they do!
