Linda has become an invaluable member of the Emerald Medicare team, joining us in September of 2025 for our busiest time of year, Open Enrollment season. She brings compassion, professionalism, and a strong commitment to exceptional client service every day. Known for her calm, reassuring presence and outstanding phone manner, she helps clients navigate Medicare with confidence while ensuring each person feels heard, supported, and cared for.

Linda has quickly developed extensive Medicare knowledge through her dedication to learning and her desire to better serve clients and teammates alike. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and brings more than 10 years of experience in teaching, professional development, program coordination and leadership, and grant writing. Her diverse professional background has strengthened her ability to communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and provide thoughtful support to those around her. As a bilingual Spanish speaker, Linda is also able to provide additional guidance and support to Spanish-speaking clients, helping make the Medicare process more comfortable and accessible for many families. Always willing to support others and step in wherever needed, she approaches every interaction with patience, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping others. Her positive attitude and client-first mindset truly embody the values that define Emerald Medicare.

Born and raised in the Bronx, Linda has spent the past 14 years living in Stony Point, New York. Outside of the office, she enjoys redecorating her home, taking on DIY projects, and spending time reading—when she’s not busy keeping up with family activities.
